Center the rims in the form, and apply the mixed liquid to the gap. Polimerisation shouldn't take long, about half an hour. In the result we get newly casted tyres with perfect friction (while new).

  3. Ok, thanks for the kindness and sorry abou the delay... So, which material do you use to make the form and how do you do it? Is the accuracy of the process good? And what do you do to be certain that the tyre is fixed on the rim?

  4. The materials is PET of 3 layers bolted tight together. Those parts can be water jet cut. The process is quite accurate. Usually the rim is rough sanded surface, or machined slots on the lathe, that would hold the tire. Also an experiment would help if you add super glue before casting on the surface of the cylinder.
